The fellow who came out to collect our junk was very professional and quick. He told us the price upfront and was very nice. I cannot believe he was able to move all he did so quickly and by himself. Superman. Also he did not damage any of our property. 100% great!

We have utilized the 1-800-Got-Junk in the past, twice to be exact. Once contacted, they actually call when they state they will call. When on the road, they would contact the customer within the time frame agreed upon, and then upon arrival. All personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to please their customer. By enabling the customer to schedule an on-line appointment is extremely easy, especially when trying to schedule a next-day pick-up. Awesome guys!
