They were quick to respond & extremely accommodating. The lady on the phone was very pleasant to work with. The 2 gentlemen who arrived were very friendly, helpful in removing my items & accommodating when I added additional smaller items. One original item was a large freezer & they worked hard but smart getting it out of my basement. The response was within 1 1/2 hrs from my call & I was desperate because of a delivery error made by another company. Am so pleased with company & personnel so will definitely use again.
