Well - it is your people. I live in a condo and 1900-Got-JUNK was moving stuff for someone else and I asked about the service. He was extremely personable. As a result, I did a lot of research and while I HATE the negotiate at the time approach - as I am NOT a good negotiator - I decided to go with GOT JUNK because of my previous experience. Well, today I met two more really personable guys - totally relatable. I still HATE the negotiate on the spot business and for that reason I give a conditional response. For my friends who are good negotiators - it will be an easy decision - assuming they like the price.

Great team, fantastic communication throughout the process and the movers were great (aware and careful of space, surroundings, etc.) and most of very friendly.

We have used 1-800-Got-Junk previously. The teams always arrive on time, they are friendly and very helpful. Price is also fair
