I booked the junk removal the same day using the web site. Got a call from the crew about 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up to let me know they were on their way. The crew was easy to work with and creative in getting some of the more awkward junk out of where I had it. I thought I was going to need two junk runs, but they found a way to do it with just one. Jevon and James were great! No complaints and they happily removed everything and cleaned up the spot afterwards.I've used 1-800-GOT-JUNK several times and the service has been consistently excellent.

excellent service, polite associates

I appreciated that the work team worked quickly and efficiently from the time they arrived. They provided appropriate suggestions and I felt comfortable with the whole process. The rather large clean-up I had put off for so long was completed painlessly and the price was within my comfort zone.
