Amazing customer service. Every person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Two suggestions: 1) the website experience for getting a quote was weird, it wasn't clear to me why an appointment was being booked; 2) customers should be told in advance to reserve a service elevator. I was asked 1 hour prior and my building requires 10 days' notice.
