They were very flexible and accommodating. We had an issue with the elevator and so they had to come back another day and did not even charge us for the first visit. Wonderful customer service and they did an awesome job!

In my experience, the two gentleman who dealt with our “junk“ were very congenial and courteous. The initial walk-through was thorough and the removal of items was accomplished in a professional, efficient manner and without damage to any surroundings. I will certainly use the services of 1-800- GOT JUNK again without hesitation. I only wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen assigned to our case service to give them full credit and praise for a job well done.
