First, I didn't have to book an appointment weeks in advance. The team arrived when they said, which was important because the condo elevator needed to be booked and the building maintenance superintendent also involved. Both team members were so easy to communicate with and worked solidly. The job was completed in the exact time specified. Very professional! It meant so much to have things go smoothly and now be able to move onto the next phase of our process.
