Fast and efficient removal of my junk. The men were friendly and answered any questions I had during the removal.

Punctual. Efficient. And as advertised - just point and it’s gone.

Great efficient work done today. 4 full loads in maybe 4 hours. Great Job

Able to book for pick-up today online. Immediate confirmation followed up by phone call. Arrived within window. 2 Reps Dan & Austin were awesome. Knew how to maneuver stove removal from small Cabbagetown home with care. Aside from my highest recommendation, this also must be a pretty good place to work. Thanks guys!P.S. Also thanks for the dog love.

Hire guys that are extremely friendly and courteous. Lucas and Richard are the reason I’ll use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again! 10/10 would recommend!

The two gentlemen communicated the time that they would be arriving based on traffic. They arrived within the window that we had requested. They were courteous, friendly and professional. The shed was removed within20 minutes. This is the second time that we have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK and we would not hesitate to use them, again.

They are in and out quickly which is the most important for me. My anxiety can keep me from handling tasks that increase my anxiety so go have someone come in, do what I need, and get out within minutes is as perfect as it gets.

They were very professional and efficient.

On time, quick and efficient, of particular importance given the constraints of Condo loading docks and service elevator. Friendly and courteous.

I found the guys to be extremely helpful, pleasant, and kind. It was a pleasure having them come and I would certainly recommend this service to anyone.
