They were very friendly and efficient with the job. The final price was exactly what was quoted.

Where to start. The first gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and able to accomodate our last-minute, same-day request. The man I spoke with to follow up on timing was also lovely and helpful. Then the two men who arrived and did the work were outstanding. They were both super kind and really genuinely wanting to know how they could be of most service. They were pleasant and they were so efficient (not to mention strong - I can't believe the ease with which they carried really heavy things out of the basement)! It is unfortunate just how remarkable it is for me to have an interaction with 4 people from the same organization in one day and be impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of every one of them. Well done!!!
