The team was very proficient in getting me up and running quickly. They were able to communicate effectively on mobile and showed up on time. I was surprised to find I had no idea what I would pay to remove my stuff but it turns out they were able to negotiate with me effectively and I was able to pay using my debit card with relative ease. Very friendly.

The crew were great to deal with, they were pleasant, professional and worked hard to get rid of my junk. My only beef was the fact that when I booked the appointment and explained in detail all the items that were to be removed when the team showed up, I was told it would take multiple truck loads. So, from expecting to pay at least a max of $750+tax it turned out to be 3 times more and at this point I was committed to remove the items as my mom’s apartment had to be cleaned out. The admin person who made the appointment advised that I would be given a quote on the spot, which is fine, but at the same time should have warned me that it would most likely take multiple truck load as I had no other choice as a commitment was made with the landlord for removal of all items.

Friday and Kaon were amazing. I called to get this service to help clean out my dad’s apartment. He passed about 3 weeks ago and he had a rental unit so I was limited on time to deal with his belongings. They made the experience easier. They were so nice, helpful, and we all put in a good 8 hours of work. The day started off with me being a bit emotional and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and patience. Thank you guys so much! You helped me clear the place out and made the day better.

I loved how convenient and efficient it was to order a same day pick up. I got a go a phone call with in 15mins confirming the pick up details.The best part was I was not at my condo and they were about to send me pictures of when my item had been loaded. The price was absolutely worth my hassle free experience and same day pick up.Will use again and would recommend to anyone moving who just needs stuff cleared out fast.
