It was extremely easy to book the service - just go on line, scroll through a couple of menus, and that's it. The crew was responsive and friendly. I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the past and if the need arises again, would certainly do so in the future.

The two men that took our very large and heavy TV took it out so carefully wlthout any damage to our property. They were cordial. They also offered to cover their safety boots with covers....ensuring a clean removal. We would highly recommend this company.M.B.
