Very professional and curtious service

I booked an appointment for the day after my call, and a few minutes later, I received a call from a team member saying there were in the neighborhood and could do my pick up today (same day). I was thrilled. The guys came as they promised, very nice, friendly, and careful.I totally recommend 1800junk!

The team communicated well throughout the entire process, and were very professional and efficient when on site. Everyone was friendly and in a good mood despite it being late in the evening.

Polite and efficient service.

Easy to book. Quick confirmation of appointment. Constant contact with arrival time. Polite and efficient gentlemen (David and Mike).

They make junk removal easy. A bit pricey, so I docked a point.

Your staff, both on the phone and the fellows that showed up at our door were EXCELLENT! We are painfully dismantling a 62-year-old family home after Mamma passed last October. Yesterday, Elton and Nair were friendly, efficient, wore masks and sure knew how to pack that truck. They filled 1 truckload and 3/4 of another. We had tons to remove from the attic storage and basement workshop, all up and down stairs. These guys were SUPER and kind to boot. Thank you, merci, grazie! Sylvia Fiorelli and family.

Fast and convenient service. The three guys that came to take an old sofa, drawers and large desk were amazing. They did all the work and were very friendly. Will recommend them to everyone that needs old furniture removed. Five Stars.

Quick responding to my requests, fast service, easy and painless.

Friendly, efficient and trustworthy service
