Everyone was friendly and courteous. We had an unusual and challenging job over two days. They explained the process and how/why they loaded and removed junk a particular way. When we not on site they communicated well, responded quickly and kept us informed. The estimate was close to actual and we were advised along the way of any incremental changes. They gave us a sense of calm when we had been super stressed. After the job was completed, we even exchanged a few laughs. Who knew that the junk business could have such a personal touch!
