the employee who answered the phone and dealt with my request for removal was very friendly and thorough. the 2 young men who came to pick up our items were very professional, friendly, and efficient. AND--we happened to get service for pick-up within an hour! We would definitely call them again when needed. They also told us of the range of services they provide.

I do not have a tow vehicle anymore. So, 1-800-GOT-JUNK is a perfect service for me. It showed on time, the two service technicians JIMMIE and DAVID ( or was it MIKE) were very friendly and cordial. They were quite efficient too. I will use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again in the future.
