They were quick, organized and efficient. They wanted to make sure they were taking the correct items and asked questions if needed. Even though I didn't have a lot to take away compared to other situations, I felt embarrassed. However, they comforted me. This new experience was appreciated and I'd recommend and use them again.

THE TWO GUYS PICKING UP WERE TRYING THEIR BEST TO SATISFY. THAT WAS HARD TO ACCOMPLISH DUE TO WRONG INFO GIVEN TO ME BY YOUNG LADY WHO TOOK THE PHONE CALL. HOWEVER SHE WAS PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. SHOULD HAVE LARGER TRUCKS AS I WAS TOLD THEY COULD PICK UP A STORAGE BIN 20 FEET BY 7 FEET, DIDN'T HAPPEN. PAT, I BELIEVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN FROM THE OFFICE, BUT REALLY DIDN'T HELP OUT THAT MUCH WHEN HE COULDN'T SEE MY LOAD, BUT HE WAS PLEASANT, AND TRIED.

They were very careful not to nick or scrape my walls while moving my stuff out to the truck. They were also very professional.
