The staff were pleasant and very flexible to work with. Understandably the pricing was a bit high, you pay for the convenience and extras that they take in so you don’t have to. Originally I was going to cancel the service and just go through the hassle myself but the drivers and management team negotiated the price to a very affordable and acceptable amount, so I ended up continuing with the service and couldn’t be happier! 10/10 will recommend and reuse!
