They communicate and update arrival times and what they’re going to do so you’re aware of any changes. Pricing is clear. The team is so friendly and engaging and a pleasure to work with.

On time, did a good job.

They removed a large platform bed from the second floor. The managed it all with no damage to the house.

They did a great job keeping me updated on the time frame for my pick up, and I felt very accommodated having requested a same-day pick up.

The got junk employees who came and removed my junk were friendly, considerate, amazingly strong and figured a way to get the impossibly awkward, heavy stuff out of my house without damaging my house or themselves. I was afraid for their safety because they did not have an appliance dolly or straps to assist them in removing the freezer from the basement. I would highly suggest these items because the cost of these items is far less than the cost of having to pay work comp wages and ins. Just a suggestion. I would mever have gotten the stuff out of here without your service, andI will highly recommend your services, and company to others. Thank you!!
