John and Gunner were very friendly. They called me twice to let me know both a specific time frame when they would be there and when they had nearly arrived. I felt completely comfortable inviting them into my home. The service was professional, courteous, on time, and friendly. John explained the pricing to me and the process of mattress disposal, while Gunner quickly removed the items from my home. I really appreciate the professionalism, thank you!
