Great customer service by Billy and Sergio. Extremely professional and polite. Billy told us upfront about the additional cost for the mattress which was not listed on the Got Junk website or if there I could not easily find it. Our one suggestion for improved customer service would be to state on your website items that may require an additional fee. Otherwise, great service and we will recommend to others!
