They showed up on time, got right to work and even though it ended up looking like more than the amount agreed upon, they stuck to their word. And they cleaned up even little bits that fell! I was really impressed by the way they handled the tipping. I wasn't sure I could give what was suggested on the final tally and they went out of their way to make sure I did not feel uncomfortable about that. They really did make the whole process quick and painless!

They were able to show up on the day I called, at the time they promised. Also, I was told right away very clearly what the price would be. Since I am retired and on a fixed income, this consistency is very important to me.
