So first off, your call center screwed up horribly, and despite checking my info several times, sent a crew to the wrong state!Then when I called up, it was thankfully rescheduled correctly (costing me time waiting around for a second appointment), and they promised to have customer service call to make it right. They did not, no effort, no follow up. Pretty pathetic.Thankfully, the local team of Tate and Trevor, were on the ball, totally awesome. Really made up for the situation, gave me a little discount and took a couple of small extra items for free. Really went out of their way to fix a problem they didn't cause. Amazing attitude, so professional.It was INEXCUSABLE that your operator could not find me in the system as a repeat customer. It was pathetic that she didn't make the appointment properly, and didn't even get the state right, even with my phone number and zip code to confirm my identity. Sloppy and lazy. Also pretty sad that while it was rescheduled I did not get the follow up call from customer service as promised, leaving the local team to pick of the pieces of YOUR mess that YOU caused.So props to my local team, your corporate side gets maybe a 3 for what you did today.

Tate did an excellent job keeping me updated on arrival time, etc. Both guys were friendly, efficient, and patient. I had a problem with credit card and Tate apologized as if it was his fault. Great employees.
