Teams were kind and courteous. We had Joey & Jay do the loading. Celia and her partner on Sep 1 were also kind and gave a quote for pick up. J & J did not however clean up the area when finished as states in the advertising. Everyone was easy to work with

They were efficient, drivers communicated well. I do have a complaint that I wish the initial phone call to set up the appointment would've mentioned that the service was not free. Finding out from the drivers was a surprise.
