The crew that came did an excellent job. They also found items I gave away by accident.

Efficient

First, Bola wouldn't let me cancel the appointment without doing everything she could to keep my business. When she found out that I was canceling because I'd gotten a lower quote, she did the work and was able to match it. Then Shane and the crew came over and were great at removing the couch and more. When two baby squirrels ran out of the couch and hid in my apartment, the guys were a great help as we ran around my apartment trying to carrall them. We were able to get onen of them out and had a lot of laughs. I want them to know that the other squirrel spent the night in the closet. Was I surprised in the morning! A friend of mine removed it. Note that no squirels were hurt in this story.

Staff were great, on time, courteous etc. pricing has gone up dramatically though and for a 1/4 truck, it’s almost too much for the service.
