The pick-up crew went above and beyond. I had forgotten about rescheduling and had my phone off but even without confirmation they tried anyway and buzzed my apartment door to my utter happiness!! So glad to get rid of that chapter of unwanted stuff.

I do not even know where to start because I have so much great feedback to give! The two guys (Shane and Simon - I hope I got their names right!) arrived early within the given time frame. They called me in advance to give me a heads up and they arrived exactly when they predicted they would. When they arrived they greeted me with a big smile and a “can-do” attitude. As advertised, I only had to point at the items that I wanted to remove. Within two minutes I was given an estimate that I thought was fair and ultimately the total price was even a little less! Both the guys were very efficient and fast throughout the process and they still kept a smile and chatted with me. They also maintained a safe distance and wore their masks and gloves at all times. They were careful with the items even though they are literally junk. No matter how large or oddly shaped my items were, they had no problem removing them quickly and safely. They were also careful while in my apartment, in the elevator and in the building in general. I genuinely appreciate their efforts and their professionalism. If I could book them again in the future I most definitely would. Only today I have already recommended your services to three friends. Keep up the excellent customer service, it is truly appreciated!!!
