Staff are consistently good., efficient and Communication is good from the company. One thing disappointing today was that the truck was supposed to come between 12:30 and 2:30 pm but didnt come until 4:15 pm. However, I did receive calls thru the day giving me updates on their delays.

The two gentlemen that came and got the rubbish were very respectful and didn’t make me feel embarrassed because I I have limited mobility. I don’t want this posted but I want the employees who came, have their manager give them a bonus or whatever benefits the company offers to employees with excellent customer experience.
