Easy to initiate and schedule the service. Able to book for a date and time that worked for us. Confirmation call to check all ok, and also offer a sooner than we'd booked in case we might prefer it (we didn't, but it was good to be offered this anyway). Patrick and Spencer were friendly, professional and super efficient! Did a great job, thanks guys!
