Easy to initiate and schedule the service. Able to book for a date and time that worked for us. Confirmation call to check all ok, and also offer a sooner than we'd booked in case we might prefer it (we didn't, but it was good to be offered this anyway).Patrick and Spencer were friendly, professional and super efficient!
