From the initial phone call to picking up of the freezer everything was handled in a professionalmanner. We were kept informed throughout the complete process.

Awesome that I could book an appointment so fast. The team came earlier in the day and called me beforehand, which was great for us. Quoting system was clear and straightforward. The team who showed up were incredibly respectful of our space, just the little details I noticed, for example one employee closed and latched our gate when exiting. Beyond considerate, again for example they let me know the payment processor might take a moment to set up, so asked me if I would like to wait inside (it was less than 2 minutes). They were also able to provide a quote for a couch we'd like to get removed in the future. All very clear and transparent and efficient. I will definitely recommend in future.
