I had a very oddball situation to deal with - an inflatable boat at a marina with a long walk from shore - and I live a long distance away I called the company at 9:00 this morning. It is now 1 p.m. and the boat is already gone. And the cost ended up being about $100 less than I was originally quoted. We had used them once before - when we were moving. They really are the best.
