Seem less work flow from booking to>first verbal contact>arrival>loading>payment. Only thing that I would recommend is to ask for an estimated size of the stuff to be picked up. Whether it be in sqft or just a simplified length/width measurement. This would help to preempt how much stuff will fill the truck. Dara and Rob were a great team and I would hope to get them again if I were to need this service in the future.
