Today and only today the guys were super friendly and willing to work with me as far as price. Afterall, I bag everything up and put it outside. All they have to do is throw it in their trunk.Tim waas outstanding and his pal too whose name I do not know. This was the third time I've hired 1 800 Got Junk and today was by far the best experience out of the three.

Fast on time got job done but minimum charge was high

They kept up to date on my first appointment, quickly rescheduled my appointment. The gentleman who arrived at my house were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

I really liked the team that showed up to remove my "junk", Jake and Ryan. They were great. They communicated the pricing well, worked hard, were pleasant, and walked me through the entire process. I thought they fairly priced the amount of room that my furniture took up in the truck, and made an effort to properly store it and charge me fairly. It was a pleasant surprise given the number of reviews I read about over pricing. I was fully prepared to decline the service if the price wasn't fair, but it was. As such, I will use you all again in the future and request Jake and Ryan. Had the price not been fair, I can assure you that would be the last time you all heard from me or any of my friends, family, and colleagues. Jake and Ryan did a good job and earned your company future business.
