I made a same day appointment and Reggie called almost immediately to say he could arrive early if that was OK with me. When he arrived he explained the pricing and quickly hauled out my beast of a TV, the TV stand and the lawn mower I was getting rid of.I love this service because I could not do this myself and it saves me imposing on friends.
