On time and called before hand. We had a very small job--one heavy old wool rug that was too heavy for us to carry away.. We understood that there is a minimum price for a visit that was OK by us. But moving it out for a combat disabled retiree was critical and your company was able to schedule us the day after we called and then the crew showed up on time and had the job finished in less than 5 minutes. A relief, since we will have guests next week Thanks for the very prompt service.
