I actually would give a perfect 10 to the two guys who showed at my place to remove my BBQ grill. They showed up in perfect timing, were very nice and did as the ad said, I just pointed and they removed. The reason I give Got Junk a 9 is because I just wish I knew what I was paying ahead of time. The website didn't ask what was being removed or ask any questions that would lead to an estimate to be paid.

The workers were friendly and great. This was the second time I've used them. I would recommend them to anyone that has some major cleaning and hauling to do.

As always, the fellows who helped us were prompt, friendly, efficient, and careful in getting our furniture out the door. A wonderful service, thanks to your people.

It was awesome that I didn't have to move anything myself. I literally pointed and they moved it all just like the commercials. It was great!! They worked fast and I had some heavy items. Super great experience.

The thing that impresses me most was how fast the two workers loaded all my junk into the truck.

Quick to answer phone calls. Arrived at scheduled time. Took all junk as expected. Really appreciated that we could complete the whole transaction without needing to be there in person.

Christian and Erin did a great job today. They called me 20 mins. before arriving and moved an awkward large BBQ with ease. They also cleaned up the area that they worked in. Great job!!!

Nick and Matt were extremely helpful, patient and nice!!! They were very strong especially Matt! He picked up boxes as if it weighed an ounce!!!! Lol
