Listed to my instructions. Completed the job. Cleaned up after. Minimal effort on my part.

Good communication. Arrived early (with permission). Worked efficiently. Always polite. And the guys were cheerful and talked kindly to each other, even though it’s such hard work (and on a hot day).

They were on time, asked if they got everything, and were very respectful of the rest of my stuff, careful not to knock anything else over as they removed a mattress and other large items.

Although our appointment window started more than 3 hours late. The team you eventually sent out was amazing! Apparently I must have been speaking to someone in another office not the office here and they did not understand the repeated attempts I made to tell them exactly how much stuff we had. We wound up overflowing the truck and there's going to have to be another appointment to clear the rest of it out. I want to state point blank that Christian and Roy were professional and amazing and uncomplaining despite the 90 plus degree heat and we really appreciated their support and help

The young men were courteous and efficient. They came, loaded the stuff and was on their way in due time. I appreciate that. Thanks
