The guys (I wish I remembered their names, bad on me) gave me a call at 1130, said they would be there within my scheduled window. They arrived shortly thereafter and we identified what needed to go. My initial order included a couch, which will be deferred until the next time (end of month May, awaiting arrival of new couch). I ended up having more than enough to compensate for the lack of the couch. The guys were REALLY flexible, polite and very pleasant. We almost got everything in the truck - had to leave some (very little/no problem!) for the 2d trip to pick up the couch. Thanks and I'll be scheduling my 2d pickup when I confirm the delivery of my couch.

Curteous driver and assistant. provided quote for removal and explained how my junk would fit into the truck showing me how they estimated the fill and cost. Agreded to the quote and they started loading. Handled their work and removed my debris quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
