The initial website scheduling was easy to navigate in setting-up the service. The crew were efficient, friendly, professional and courteous. The crew called to confirm the pick-up time and showed up within the window as promised. Once at my house, the quickly loaded the "junk" and were on their way. Although the service is not inexpensive, I would use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again and recommend their services.
