Fast, easy scheduling on a user friendly website, lots of scheduling options makes it very convenient, super customer service by the drivers who called 1/2 hour ahead and showed up on time. The drivers were friendly, helpful in letting me know about a discount for first time users, which I greatly appreciated. The fee was reasonable and I especially love that you partner with charitable organizations to repurpose any items that are able to be used.

They weee prompt within the time frame and kept me informed more than once when to expect their arrival.

The guys were nice and they arrived quickly but I don't think they should ask for a tip. That made me very uncomfortable.

The price over the phone was honored on site, pickup was within an hour and when they got here it only took a couple of minutes. The guys that came were cool and professional and I would be happy to do business with them again.
