Fast, easy scheduling on a user friendly website, lots of scheduling options makes it very convenient, super customer service by the drivers who called 1/2 hour ahead and showed up on time.The drivers were friendly, helpful in letting me know about a discount for first time users, which I greatly appreciated. The fee was reasonable and I especially love that you partner with charitable organizations to repurpose any items that are able to be used.

They weee prompt within the time frame and kept me informed more than once when to expect their arrival.

The guys were nice and they arrived quickly but I don't think they should ask for a tip. That made me very uncomfortable.

The price over the phone was honored on site, pickup was within an hour and when they got here it only took a couple of minutes. The guys that came were cool and professional and I would be happy to do business with them again.

The teams are super nice and super flexible, I had them come out twice recently to empty out a 3rd floor apartment I've moved out of and 1-800-GOT-JUNK definitely made the process totally painless; in 2022 when "moving" has replaced "divorce," "marriage" and "buying a house" as the most stressful thing to engage in—1-800-GOT-JUNK makes more sense than ever to use. I can't remember the names of all the people who helped but IIRC it was Nick and Don on the 2nd visit that were very helpful, helped me save money on that trip etc. and I'm just very satisfied with my experience overall; I'll call them every time I need anything moved/gotten rid of from now on, now that I used them twice already, it's ON lol bye bye junk..!
