Friendly, quick, and quick scheduling

The teams are super nice and super flexible, I had them come out twice recently to empty out a 3rd floor apartment I've moved out of and 1-800-GOT-JUNK definitely made the process totally painless; in 2022 when "moving" has replaced "divorce," "marriage" and "buying a house" as the most stressful thing to engage in—1-800-GOT-JUNK makes more sense than ever to use. I can't remember the names of all the people who helped but IIRC it was Nick and Don on the 2nd visit that were very helpful, helped me save money on that trip etc. and I'm just very satisfied with my experience overall; I'll call them every time I need anything moved/gotten rid of from now on, now that I used them twice already, it's ON lol bye bye junk..!

After they were finished, they asked me did I need any help with anything else, if I needed help pushing furniture back into place or move anything.They were very nice!
