I had an elliptical that needed removal. It was extremely heavy. We have hardwood floors and it was on the 2nd floor. Initially the workers thought they’d have to reschedule with more help and the necessary tools. I offered them my tool box and they spent close to an hour unassembling the elliptical so they could remove it without damaging our floors or walls. They were friendly and courteous and waived the $150 labor fee for taking the machine apart since this was not part of the initial quote. Would definitely recommend and use you folks again!

The two guys were on time, very nice, and extremely hard workers. We were impressed at their energy. They kept working until they were done. We ended up having more to get rid of than we originally anticipated. The guys made a genuine effort to keep our cost down. Great job!
