Great communication before the pickup. The team that picked up my stuff was friendly and professional. Couldn't have been quicker or easier. My only feedback is it would be good to know that there's a minimum price before the team arrives. That's not their fault. Just something that should be on the website so people are clear and it doesn't cause issues.

We got the idea to call around 2 for a next day pickup. It was easy to find and schedule the appointment. A scheduler called and said there was a truck in the area if we wanted the pickup right away. The crew arrived early and packed up the truck, even carrying pieces from our upstairs bedroom. Start to finish it was maybe 3 hours. Unbelievable. I hadn't used the service before so it was a little more expensive that I expected, but it was amazing service. Thank you!
