The crew was extremely professional, contacting us to see if we wanted them to come early. They were very respectful of the house and were inside and out in about 5 minutes. That was amazing! Two strong,helpful and kind guys came, got the piano down in one minute and were gone. It was hard to get rid of this piano because of all of the memories but also it was beyond repair and other agencies insisted we take it apart before anyone came to remove it. We were grateful that your company will take care of all of that for us.
