The crew that came to pick up our couch and various items was great! Very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will definitely keep 1-800-GOT-JUNK in mind for future use. I was surprised to hear that there was a $249 minimum fee when they arrived. That had not been mentioned when I called for an estimate. It all worked out, though, and we are happy we used the service.
