The guys were quick and efficient. They also were not afraid to ask a question or two to make the process run smoother, and more efficiently. Tearing apart a huge train set up with all the old track, wires, mountains, etc . was not a normal type job. They were an excellent team. I would readily hire them again.

The advanced scheduling capability was phenomenal! I had used another removal service that I was very happy with a few years ago, but when I tried to schedule their services this time, they just couldn't get someone out in time to accommodate me (i.e., before my new furniture arrived). But 1-800-GOT-JUNK had a wide variety of choices, all of which were well within my necessary time window. The haulers themselves did a great job - very friendly and efficient. if I have only one complaint, it's that the call-ahead process fell through, because when I got the call, it was from an unrecognized number, and I didn't take it. If the caller had at least left a message, I would have still known that they were coming. As it turned out, they arrived a little ahead of the window, so I wasn't quite ready for them. But other than this, I was very happy with the service.

The two men worked very hard and did way beyond! Besides being so efficient they were really nice and sincerely caring.

The gentleman were spectacular. They arrived in 10 minutes and quickly removed our outdoor furniture. The gentleman were professional and polite. I was beyond happy with the speed and ease of service. I only wish that everyone strived for this level🥇of service. Fabulous!
