Same day pick-up of oversize furniture. Friendly pick-up personnel. Phone staff got them to contact me when they were running behind schedule. Disappointed that sofa was broken during disassembly. It was still in good condition beforehand.

They were so professional, courteous, competent and even went the extra mile to go into the full truck and look for my son’s favorite stuffed animal that may have been mistakenly in a table that was sent. So amazing!!
