Well. At first my appointment was set for July 4th. Then I received a call today to see if I could change to today instead. We rushed back in town to make the 4:30 - 6:30 timeframe. It actually took till 8:00 before they arrived. However I did speak with the office several times and found out they were pretty much swamped with the schedule today. Although I had a delay the 3 who came were extremely nice, apologetic and accommodating to make sure all junk was moved carefully. In the end I am very happy
