They moved a long couch quickly and efficiently through a very tight space, and both movers had good attitudes and were friendly despite it being around 30 degrees celsius outside that day.

At a time when it seems like almost every business has gotten away from caring about customers by doing the simple things like having a "live" person to talk to, responding in a timely manner, being genuinely caring and courteous, you reminded me of what it is like to deal with someone who cares and provides exemplary professional service. Within a few minutes of speaking to your 1-800 customer service representative, who exuded warmth and personality, I received a second call from Mike and his local team. Mike built on the sense of service I received from the central representative and after speaking with him, I soon received a call from his team members who were on the road, advising me of an estimated time to arrive and provide an estimate. Within an hour of that call, they called to advise me they were 15 minutes away. The two gentlemen who arrived were so professional. From those interactions, I decided I would use their service regardless of the price. The price though, was very reasonable and I decided to have them back tomorrow to do more work for me.
