They showed up early with a phone call, got everything done in a timely manner, were nice /polite the entire time, and even took as much of the little debris as they could pick up

The team was professional and creative in removing two old appliances. However., they had no straps or a dolly or hand truck and I think it would have been faster and certainly easier for them if they had the proper equipment. When the client states up front that the removal involves appliances the company should provide its employees the proper tools.
