I've used 1-800 Junk before. This second time more recently, they removed a sectional couch I had. Most of the time the employees are friendly, but for the most part, they arrive in timely manner. Do give a courtesy call when they are on their way and when they are arriving, and very efficient with removal. I have no issue using their services again or letting others know about this company.
