Best service experience in YEARS!An actual human being (Rachel I think was her name) texted and called the day before to confirm the appt - then IMMEDIATELY replied to my texted question with a researched answer.Then on the day of the appointment another human (Andre? Alex? Darn it - nice guy but can’t remember his name) called to let me know the ETA of the team coming to our home. My husband was at home and I was not but he was very pleased with how professional and personable the guys were.After MONTHS of trying to figure out a way to get rid of this piano it was gone in 48 hrs after setting the appt which I did using their website from my phone (excellent, easy to use interface there as well).Thanks to the entire team that made it happen!!! I will recommend you enthusiastically to everyone. Clearly the leadership at this company is doing something right for all of their team members to perform in an exceptional manner.Heck! I just realized that even this survey was the easiest ever - I could have simply answered their ONE question and hit submit. Truly exceptional company in this day and age.
