We have been nothing but appreciative of your service. The first team from Milwaukee that came to deliver an estimate - the gentleman, Austin (?) gave a clear explanation of procedure and costs, and "no judgement" of the mess he was looking at.The "take-away" crew that arrived 2 days later was excellent as well. They did hard work on a hot day and got half of the garage cleared. That team was also led by one of your employees from Milwaukee, Stefan, and had some local team members. All were efficient and yet very willing to accept some personal requests like, "Please leave that." or "Mind if my brother gets that out of there". They were very personable.The second team is booked to arrive this Tuesday morning. We are also happy they've been able to come so soon. That's a bonus. I'm impressed with your company and would highly recommend it to others.
